Consultations

At your initial visit, there will be a consultation. This is where our speech-language pathologist gets background information, reviews other reports, and discusses your options moving forward. You can schedule a consultation if:

• You have never had a speech-language evaluation done before

• You have had a speech-language evaluation done recently and would like to begin intervention with Choice Tx.

Screenings

Whether or not you have been seen by a speech-language pathologist, a screening can be done to assess the current level of function and performance.

Evaluations

An evaluation comprises a consultation and a full assessment. An assessment is used to give a full and detailed picture of skills, performance, and functions.​
